ACCOMMODATION, ADVISES AND CRITERIONS


Zenvoyage Vietnam only offers accommodation selected by its care, seeking the best quality / price ratio as much as possible. As tourism in Vietnam is booming, hotels have adapted to international standards.

Our selection criteria are the same, regardless of the hotel's standard. They all have :

a good geographical location, close to the city center and tourist attractions
a room decoration always neat and typically local
a quality breakfast
a pleasant room view
pleasant, helpful, dedicated, friendly and understanding staff
The hotels all have a laundry service with some exceptions.
However, be careful when requesting the hotel category because a French 2 * is not necessarily going to have the same standard as a Vietnamese 2 *. Indeed, some provinces of Vietnam being less touristy, it is more difficult to find high-end establishments. These are mostly establishments run by families who do not necessarily have the same rigor as the chains. But in any case we will do our best to find you the best hotels.

We also take into account the opinions of our customers and in particular the negative feedback that can be given about a hotel. If it happens to be repeated, we choose to remove it from our list. In addition to their opinions, we ourselves regularly inspect our establishments to be sure of the quality.

Finally, as you know the forums are a good source of information but sometimes the comments are not very complimentary towards certain establishments. But trust us on the establishments that are registered on your program.
